Instructions

  2. In a sauté pan, boil apple cider until reduced by half (about 5 minutes). Add diced butter and whisk until melted.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix eggs, sugars, oil, sour cream, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Slowly whisk in the reduced cider mixture.
  4. Gently fold in flour until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared dish and bake for 22-25 minutes until golden and puffed.
  6. Cool slightly before topping with room temperature butter and a cinnamon-sugar mixture.
