- 8 oz cremini mushrooms, sliced
- ½ ripe avocado
- 1 cup heavy cream

- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss chicken slices with olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
