- 8 oz lo mein noodles
- 3/4 lb boneless skinless chicken breast

- 1 red pepper (julienned)

- 1 Tbsp ginger (grated)

- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp honey

Instructions
- Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions; rinse under cold water and set aside.
