- 14 wonton wrappers
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 0.333 head red cabbage, sliced and chopped
- 4 small carrots, peeled and grated
- 0.25 cup coleslaw dressing
- 0.25 cup red apple vinegar
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix sliced cabbage, grated carrots, coleslaw dressing, red apple vinegar, soy sauce, and teriyaki sauce. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat sesame oil and cook ground chicken until browned (about 5 to 7 minutes). Stir in stir-fry sauce and simmer on low until cooked through.
- Press wonton wrappers into an inverted muffin tin to form taco shapes and bake for 4 to 5 minutes until lightly golden.
- Fill each taco shell with chicken mixture and top with chilled slaw.
- Serve immediately while warm.
