  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 300g penne pasta
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 250ml heavy cream
  • 100g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Grill or pan-fry until golden brown and cooked through; slice into strips.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently.
  4. Stir in grated Parmesan until smooth; season with black pepper.
