Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper before roasting on a baking sheet for 25–30 minutes until crispy.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear seasoned chicken until golden brown (4–5 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
