Instructions

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and sea salt.
  3. In a large bowl, mix eggs, melted butter, oil, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gently stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined. Add shredded zucchini and 3/4 cup chocolate chips; mix gently.
  5. Pour batter into prepared pan and sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top.
  6. Bake for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
  7. Cool in the pan for about 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
