- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 medium Yukon Gold potatoes
- 8 oz cremini mushrooms
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter

Instructions
