- 1/2 cup cold and cubed butter (for crumb topping)
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour (for crumb topping)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon (for crumb topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 8×4-inch bread pans.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, baking soda, and spices until blended.
- Stir in granulated sugar and brown sugar.
- Make a well in the center; add canola oil and mix gently.
- Incorporate eggs two at a time until fully combined.
- Add pumpkin puree, water, and vanilla extract; blend until smooth.
- Divide batter between prepared pans.
