  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon (for crumb topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 8×4-inch bread pans.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, baking soda, and spices until blended.
  3. Stir in granulated sugar and brown sugar.
  4. Make a well in the center; add canola oil and mix gently.
  5. Incorporate eggs two at a time until fully combined.
  6. Add pumpkin puree, water, and vanilla extract; blend until smooth.
