  • 1 block cream cheese, softened
  • 10 oz. can diced tomatoes, drained well
  • 15 oz. can chili starter
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 12 tsp hot sauce
  • 1/2 medium white onion, diced
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese, shredded (for topping)
  • 5 strips turkey bacon, cooked crispy and chopped (for topping)
  • 2 green onions, diced (for garnish)
  • Frito's Scoops for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, cooked ground chicken, diced tomatoes, chili starter, cheddar cheese, and spices until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased cast iron skillet and top with additional cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes until bubbling around the edges.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped turkey bacon; bake for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  6. Garnish with diced green onions and serve warm with Frito Scoops.
