  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup hot honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 6 oz cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves (optional)
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 23 tsp white truffle oil
  • 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and a drizzle of hot honey. Roast for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
  3. Coat chicken pieces in seasoned flour mix and sauté in olive oil until golden brown. Glaze with hot honey and lemon juice.
  4. Sauté mushrooms and garlic; add cream and Parmesan to make the Alfredo sauce. Stir in truffle oil.
  5. Serve Brussels sprouts topped with glazed chicken and drizzled with Alfredo sauce.
