  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Zest and juice of ½ lemon
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary or oregano
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp basil pesto for tossing after roasting
  • 1 tbsp basil pesto
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Splash of warm water to thin if needed

Instructions

  2. Season chicken bites with olive oil, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper; cook in a skillet until golden brown. Add honey and hot sauce to glaze.
  3. Cook pasta according to package directions. In another skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic; add cream, Parmesan cheese, lemon zest, and juice to create Alfredo sauce. Toss pasta in the sauce.
  4. Mix basil pesto with honey and hot sauce for the drizzle.
