Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked rice (brown or white)
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 cup green beans, chopped
- 1 tsp olive oil or soy sauce
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder, to taste
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss broccoli and cauliflower with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes.
