Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and granulated sugar. Stir in flour and salt until crumbly.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 15 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, mix diced peaches with sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch.
