Instructions

  3. Toss potato wedges and sweet potato fries in olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper; roast for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Mix chopped tomatoes and cucumbers in a bowl; season with salt and pepper.
  5. Combine yogurt with minced garlic and dried mint or dill; chill before serving.
