Ingredients

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup hot honey
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 6 oz cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2–3 tsp white truffle oil (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss potato cubes with olive oil, Parmesan, garlic, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Roast for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- In a shallow dish, mix flour with garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Dredge chicken pieces in the mixture and sauté in olive oil until golden brown.
- Prepare the sauce by cooking sliced mushrooms and minced garlic in olive oil until softened. Blend with basil and cream until smooth. Stir in Parmesan cheese and truffle oil.
- Serve the roasted potatoes topped with hot honey-glazed chicken and drizzle generously with Alfredo sauce.
