  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup hot honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
  • 12 tsp white truffle oil
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 oz cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 23 tsp white truffle oil (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss potato cubes with olive oil, Parmesan, garlic, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Roast for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  3. In a shallow dish, mix flour with garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Dredge chicken pieces in the mixture and sauté in olive oil until golden brown.
  4. Prepare the sauce by cooking sliced mushrooms and minced garlic in olive oil until softened. Blend with basil and cream until smooth. Stir in Parmesan cheese and truffle oil.
  5. Serve the roasted potatoes topped with hot honey-glazed chicken and drizzle generously with Alfredo sauce.
