- 1/2 cup Tomato Ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Chili Garlic Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sugar or Honey
- 1/4 cup Water
- Sliced Green Onions
- Toasted Sesame Seeds
- Thin Strips of Fried Onion or Bell Pepper
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and coat with cornstarch, salt, black pepper, and egg white in a mixing bowl.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat until hot.
- Fry the coated chicken pieces in batches until golden brown (5-7 minutes). Drain on paper towels.
