  • 1 tablespoon Chili Garlic Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar or Honey
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • Sliced Green Onions
  • Toasted Sesame Seeds
  • Thin Strips of Fried Onion or Bell Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and coat with cornstarch, salt, black pepper, and egg white in a mixing bowl.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat until hot.
  3. Fry the coated chicken pieces in batches until golden brown (5-7 minutes). Drain on paper towels.
