  • Juice and zest of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 large garlic clove (grated)
  • Extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, melt butter with olive oil over medium-low heat. Stir in chili flakes and Aleppo pepper; simmer for a few minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, grated garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Boil water in a pot and gently add eggs; cook for exactly 6 1/2 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath to cool before peeling.
  4. On a serving platter, spread the garlic yogurt mixture as a base. Halve the jammy eggs and place them on top. Drizzle with chili butter and garnish with parsley.
