- 120 g glutenfreies Mehl (oder normales Mehl)
- 360 g Äpfel
- 150 g fester Tofu
- 100 g Cashewnüsse
- 480 ml Kokosmilch
- 85 g Ahornsirup
- 20 g Kristallzucker
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- For the crust, mix flour, ground almonds, vegan butter, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Add flaxseed eggs and combine well. Press the mixture into a greased springform pan and bake for about 10 minutes.
