- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 180 g unsalted butter, at room temperature
- Extra peach jam (for decoration)
- Fresh peach pieces (for decoration)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease mini cake tins.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
