  • 4 medium/large potatoes
  • olive oil
  • 1 TBSP Au Jus Gravy Mix
  • half a packet of Ranch seasoning
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  • paprika
  • 2 TBSP butter
  • Pepperonchinis or banana peppers
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes; cut them into cubes.
  2. Toss the potato cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Cook seasoned potatoes in an air fryer at 400°F for about 20 minutes.
  4. While potatoes are cooking, cut chicken into cubes and season with olive oil, Au Jus gravy mix, and Ranch seasoning.
  5. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter and cook the chicken until golden brown.
  6. Combine cooked potatoes with chicken in the skillet; mix well.
  7. Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperonchinis; broil until cheese melts.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
