- ⅓ cup chopped onion

- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 to 1½ cups milk

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a saucepan, combine chicken, carrots, potatoes, and green beans. Cover with broth and boil for about 15 minutes; drain and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté onions until soft. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, then gradually add broth and milk until thickened.
- Mix the chicken mixture with the sauce until well combined.
