- 160 ml warm water

- 10 g sugar
- 8 g salt

- In a container, mix warm milk, warm water, sugar, and yeast until well combined.
- Gradually add flour and salt; stir until incorporated, then knead by hand until smooth and non-sticky.
- Cover the dough and let it rise for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Divide the dough into six equal pieces and shape them into balls.
- Roll each ball into an 18 cm circle about 5 mm thick.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and cook each round until bubbles form; flip to cook the other side until puffy.
- Keep warm covered with a cloth while repeating with remaining rounds.
