  • 6 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract and sour cream.
  4. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  5. Toss sliced peaches with flour, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg; sprinkle over the filling and dot with cold butter.
