  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1½ cups warmed strawberry topping or preserves

  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing just until incorporated each time.
  5. Pour filling over the crust in the springform pan and bake for about 50 minutes until set but still slightly jiggly in the center.
