- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the salmon skin-side down on the baking sheet, season with dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper, then bake for 7-10 minutes until it flakes easily.
- Boil water in a large pot and cook rigatoni until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Reserve one cup of pasta water before draining.
- In the same pot over low heat, add baby spinach to wilt. Stir in Greek yogurt and fresh lemon juice; use reserved pasta water to adjust sauce consistency as needed.
- Gently fold in salmon chunks and serve immediately.
