  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Fresh parsley (chopped, optional)

  4. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat; sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and crumbled Gorgonzola until melted and smooth. Season with nutmeg, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Toss cooked pasta in the Alfredo sauce until well coated. Serve topped with cooked steak strips and garnish with parsley if desired.
