  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 810 flour tortillas (6-inch size)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, season shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook shrimp in a skillet over medium heat until pink; set aside.
  3. Sauté onion and bell pepper until softened; add garlic and cook until fragrant.
