- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1–2 tsp hot sauce (such as sriracha or your preferred brand), or more to taste for spicy drizzle
- 1 tbsp olive oil (optional, for thinning sauce)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Toss potato cubes with olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until crisp.
- In a shallow dish, combine flour, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Dredge chicken pieces in the mixture.
