- 2 tbsp butter

- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped

Instructions
- Marinate the diced chicken in olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated chicken until golden and fully cooked (approximately 3–4 minutes per side). Set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic, then stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and red pepper flakes until smooth. Season to taste.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper; roast until golden (20–25 minutes).
- Whisk together basil pesto, Greek yogurt, olive oil, and red pepper flakes for the drizzle.
- Serve chicken topped with Alfredo sauce and drizzle with pesto; add roasted potatoes on the side.
