  • 23 tbsp hot sauce
  • 2 tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 cup corn
  • Tortilla strips for topping

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, honey, and avocado oil for at least 8 hours.
  2. Grill the marinated chicken on medium heat for about 5-6 minutes per side or until fully cooked. Allow it to cool before slicing.
  3. Mix ranch dressing with hot sauce in a small bowl.
  4. In serving bowls, layer chopped lettuce, grilled chicken slices, diced tomatoes, black beans, bell pepper, avocado slices, corn, and tortilla strips.
