  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 ounces sliced provolone cheese
  • 2.25 ounces canned sliced black olives
  • 16 ounces dried spaghetti
  • 16 ounces marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, olive oil, parsley flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Roll the mixture into 2-inch meatballs and place them on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. While baking, cut provolone cheese into 1-inch circles.
  6. Once meatballs are done, top each one with cheese and an olive slice for pupils; return to the oven for 2-3 minutes until melted.
  7. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; heat marinara sauce separately.
