- 1 gala apple
- 1/3 cup craisins (dried cranberries)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 tablespoons crushed walnuts
Instructions
- Prepare the lettuce by dividing the chopped romaine among two bowls; refrigerate until ready to use.
